John Fisk at Seneca, N.Y. writes to Rev. Joseph Lyman, Hatfield, Mass. discussing his illness. I have "A touch of the fever which prevails in this country..." The onset of his sickness added to Fisk's expenses, resulting in his inability to meet his bills.
